Possenia understands the risks involved with making an online purchase, particularly with a brand you haven't bought from before. This is why we have provided a Try Before You Buy option, allowing you to experience our products before committing to your purchase.

To use this function, select the Try Before You Buy payment method at check-out when ordering your Possenia products online. We will ship you your products and invoice to pay within 30 days. Should you choose to keep your order, simply settle the invoice as usual e basta. If you would like to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of your order, using the return slip enclosed in your parcel. Once we recieve your returned products, we will cancel your invoice. This service is free of charge to you.

 

What are the requirements to return a Try Before You Buy order?

1. You cannot go cycling in or wear the items for a few days before returning them.
2. Your returned products still need to have their tags on and be in good condition when returned to us.
3. Try Before You Buy is only available to residents in Switzerland, for the time being.

If you do wear your Possenia products and notice any workmanship issues, we will refund you, replace your product or repair it according to the iron-clad 2-year warranty on all our products.
