We accept returns up to 90 days after purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return or, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and fully refund the purchase.

Simply contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will gladly exchange, if possible. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping processing times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Standard Possenia Products

Within Switzerland: 2-3 days

Within EU and UK: 3-9 days

The rest of the world: At the moment, we do not ship ordinarily outside of Europe and the UK. However, if you do want Possenia products delivered to you, please do get in touch and we will put together a personalized shipping proposal.

Shipping Custom Possenia Products and Pre-orders

Custom and pre-order products are generally made-to-order or about to be made thus, shipping times (depending on the type of product and quantity) will vary from 6-12 weeks. Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window so you know when to expect your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Possenia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
