Shipping processing times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Standard Possenia Products

Within Switzerland: 2-3 days

Within EU and UK: 3-9 days

The rest of the world: At the moment, we do not ship ordinarily outside of Europe and the UK. However, if you do want Possenia products delivered to you, please do get in touch and we will put together a personalized shipping proposal. 

Shipping Custom Possenia Products and Pre-orders

Custom and pre-order products are generally made-to-order or about to be made thus, shipping times (depending on the type of product and quantity) will vary from 6-12 weeks. Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window so you know when to expect your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

When you place an order from outside of Switzerland, you are likely to receive a bill for customs duties, levies and taxes. These costs can reach around 30% of your order value, incorporating the VAT rate of your country (usually around 20-22%) plus import duties plus brokerage fees for customs clearance procedures. Possenia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). However, to assist with these additional costs, from the 29 July 2024, Possenia now offers free shipping to these regions of the world.
