Why are Possenia items sustainable?

At Possenia, we are focused on creating the most sustainable technical clothing without compromising comfort, quality and performance. We create quality items that will last and keep you going for a long time.

We have become a Bluesign® SYSTEM PARTNER, meaning we strive for the highest level of responsible use of resources, safety for the people involved, and continuous improvements of our environmental impact. With Bluesign®, we are committed to doing the most with the available technology. We aim for constant progress, because perfect doesn’t exist. 

Additionally, we are introducing our new range of Bluesign® PRODUCTS which have each been through a detailed assessment of the different production stages. Each step must adhere to very strict criteria to maximise resource efficiency, consumer safety and occupation health & safety, whilst minimising water emissions and air emissions. 

Additionally, we choose each fabric very carefully. Most of our sportswear items contain recycled fabrics. All product materials are disclaimed on the product pages.

What is the right size for me?

In order to find your perfect fit, please follow the product size guides.

You will need to measure the fullest parts of your chest, waist, upper thigh and above-the-knee.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How much is shipping?

Shipping on all orders within Switzerland is free.

Shipping fees for orders within the EU will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Possenia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping estimates:

Within Switzerland: 2-3 days

Within EU and UK: 3-9 days

The rest of the world: At the moment, we do not ship ordinarily outside of Europe and the UK. However, if you do want Possenia products delivered to you, please do get in touch and we will put together a personalised shipping proposal.

What are the return options?

We accept returns up to 90 days after purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return or, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are free for all orders within Switzerland. You can find the return label in the parcel.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@possenia.com.

Can I exchange items?

Of course, if you have any issues with your order, we will gladly exchange items where possible. Simply get in touch with us.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (with pictures) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

What kind of items can I customise with Possenia?

We offer customisation of any sportswear and streetwear apparel.

From cycling, to running, triathlon, general athletics, team sports, etc. and street wear.

Do you offer design support?

Possenia provides a comprehensive start-to-finish design process if required, providing 3 initial ‘mood’
board designs.

These set the stage for your ideas and allow us to iterate until we reach your ideal design.

Can I test products I want to customise?

Of course - if you choose items from our main collection, you will have an opportunity to test them before you make a decision.

If you want to see your design in reality, we can also produce finished samples for you to see and test, however this extends the production time line by 2-4 weeks.

When can I expect my custom order to be delivered?

Custom products are generally made-to-order or about to be made thus, shipping times (depending on the type of product and quantity) will vary from 6-12 weeks. Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window so you know when to expect your order.

WARRANTY

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We have placed quality at the center of our product development. It is the Possenia Promise. ​

If your Possenia item has a defect or workmanship issue, we will refund you fully up to 2 years after purchase. Simply get in touch.

What is covered in the warranty?

All defects or workmanship issues.

Our warranty doesn't extend to products that have been damaged through crashes or failure to adhere to care instructions.

Pilling in of itself isn't a workmanship defect and also will naturally occur over time but will occur very quickly if you do not adhere to care instructions. 

Do you offer a crash warranty?

While we do not offer a crash warranty at this time, we are always here to help.

Crashes happen to the best of us. If you recently hit the tarmac, please contact us with a brief explanation of the damages on your item, some pictures and a proof of purchase.

We will see if we can offer a repair service for a small fee or offer a discount to replace your item.
