Why Try Before You Buy
We understand that making a purchase online is scary sometimes, particularly when you don't know a brand. Almost every single person who has purchased something online has probably experienced a con website where you order, pay and never receive your products. To help you experience our products without the stress, we now have made available to you a Try Before You Buy option.
What this means is that you can order your products online, selecting the Try Before You Buy payment method during check-out. We'll ship your products you to and you'll receive an invoice to pay within 30 days. If you love our products, simply settle the invoice as usual e basta. However, if you decide you'd like to return the products for whatever reason, send them back within 30 days of ordering them and we'll cancel the invoice as soon as we receive your returned products. In every Possenia order, you'll always receive a return slip to use if you need to return anything. It's free of charge to you.
What exactly is Try Before You Buy?

Try Before You Buy means you get to receive your products, see them for yourself and try out the sizing before you pay anything. It doesn't really mean you can go cycling in them or wear them for a few days before returning them. Your returned products still need to have their tags on and be in pretty good shape when returned to us, please. However, if you do wear your Possenia products and anything at all goes wrong that has to do with workmanship issues, we'll ALWAYS refund you or replace your product or repair it. This is our iron-clad 2-year warranty on all our products.
