From 11th - 18th March 2023

Your next training camp awaits you

This camp is aimed at people who have some experience in triathlon and want to improve their level through a structured training week with our Professional Coaches.

The week will begin with an introduction and welcome and finish with racing the Lanzarote 70.3 Ironman event*.

During this week we will train between 15-20 hours and participants will be divided into different groups to match their level and experience.
This is not an intense camp, our focus is to have fun, enjoy training together and to push you as hard as you want to be.

The camp will offer the opportunity to open water swim from the back of a boat 5km off the coastline. Night swims will also be available during the camp. There is a small charge to hire the boat shared between participants.

In addition to this, we like to generate a fun atmosphere amongst the team so we will go out in an evening together and have fun. After all it is not just about the training :)

*Cost of the event is not included and should be booked by participants separately via the official ironman website. Additionally, it is not mandatory for those attending the week to have to race this is entirely optional.

The camp will run from the 11th - 18th of March 2023
